| We provide a comprehensive
service focusing on design driven construction. Every Capital Lofts conversion
takes you from your ideas to reality, via the following:
- Assess your existing space to identify the available options, taking
into account budget, aesthetics and planning restrictions in order to
provide a comprehensive outline.
- A design service incorporating interior and exterior emphasis. This
aesthetically driven design process takes into account characteristics
of the property and client's personal tastes. We put particular emphasis
on creating light, spacious loft spaces.
- Drawing up architectural drawings which we submit for the appropriate
Planning and Building control approvals.
- Monitor and inform clients as to progress of approvals, liasing with
the Planning Authorities, Structural Engineers and Architects on our
client's behalf.
- Schedule a start date which coincides with the approvals being achieved
and our clients personal commitments.
- Pre start meeting where we walk you through the construction process.
- Frequent site meetings with Site foreman, Designer and Client.
- During your loft conversion, registered Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters
etc. will be attending the site. During this time other minor and additional
works could be carried out on your property by private arrangement.
- We take care of all licences with regard to skips, scaffolding and
Building Control Officers from the Local Authority.
- We take the pain out of loft conversion - the bulk of the project
is carried out almost exclusively externally through the roof. We aim
to minimise the disturbance to you and your home.
- The six week process is broken down into weekly increments.
- On completion of building works we have a snagging meeting to ensure
that work is completed to your satisfaction following which we provide
a cleaning service free of charge.
- Your new loft is guaranteed for two years.
